The Agent Charitable Fund believes in unleashing the power of Farm Bureau agents, clients and partners to end hunger in Michigan through education, financial support and community engagement.
The Agent Charitable Fund (ACF) is extremely grateful to the people and organizations that wish to organize events to support our mission of ending hunger in Michigan. Before you plan your event, please read and understand the Third-Party Event and Marketing Use Guidelines and ACF Accounting and Expense Reimbursement Policy. All organizations must complete the form below to use the ACF brand, host a fundraising event and/or receive cost reimbursement.
In order for events to be added to the ACF calendar of events, applications need to be reviewed and approved. Only events which fulfill requirements of the Third-Party Event and Marketing Use Guidelines will be considered.
Thirty-day prior to event approval is needed for permission to use the ACF logo and brand.
The ACF Committee/staff will be in touch with you to confirm their approval at least 20 days prior to the event.
In order for event overhead costs to be reimbursed, applications need to be reviewed and approved. Only events which fulfill requirements of the ACF Accounting and Expense Reimbursement Policy will be considered.
Sixty-day prior to event approval is needed to be eligible for overhead cost reimbursement.
The ACF Committee/staff will be in touch with you to confirm their approval at least 30 days prior to the event.
All ACF third-party fundraising events will be asked to submit a budget form (using this event budget template) outlining event costs and anticipated revenue.
